Cincinnati, OH---The Cincinnati State women's basketball team beat Roane State Community College (TN) 68-52 on Wednesday night.

The Surge were led by Kindsay Brandt, who played all 40 minutes and finished with a game high 18 points. Desiree Ash scored 13 points and 8 rebounds despite being in foul trouble early in the first half.

As a team, Cincinnati State gained a 24-4 advantage in points off of turnovers.

Cincinnati State, which improved to 14-3 overall, will begin conference play on the road against Lakeland Community College on Saturday.
