- Emily Blevins (Hocking) took sole possession of the league’s Defensive Player of the Year distinction after sharing co-honors a season ago
- Treshawn Cody (Hocking) upgraded from Defensive Player of the Year in 2023-24 to Player of the Year as a sophomore
- Aaron Nixon became the first Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year for Cuyahoga since Michael Duncan in 2018-19
