Ava Haddix dished out 63 assists in two matches for Lorain County, including 32 helpers in a road sweep over OCCAC foe Cuyahoga. Her 9.0 assists per set were accompanied by 3.7 digs and 2.6 points per set averages.
Haddix is now a two-time winner after opening the season as the league’s Player of the Week. In earning the latest recognition, she came up a lone kill shy of a triple-double versus Butler County with 31 assists, 18 digs and nine kills. For the week, Haddix was an effective and efficient attacking weapon, hitting .394 (15-2-33).
