Edison State setter Emma Luedeke dished out 90 assists (11.25/set) during two league wins last week. Her efforts were recognized in the form of OCCAC Player of the Week honors. In addition to steering the Charger offense, she also dug 18 balls in total and registered an ace in both contests.
The week began with a road trip to Lorain County, handing the Commodores just their second conference loss of the season. Luedeke racked up 60 assists and 11 digs in the 5-set thriller. She then came back to deliver 30 more assists and seven digs in a straight-set victory over Hocking as Edison State improved to 6-3 in OCCAC play.
