Haddix Steers Commodores to OCCAC Win, Earning League Accolade

Ava Haddix added 13 points to her 24 assists as Lorain County opened the 2024 campaign with a 3-0 conference sweep over Hocking. She was named the OCCAC's first Player of the Week for 2024.

The setter guided her squad to a .426 hitting efficiency, including a direct contribution of four kills of five swings of her own. She added a handful of additional points from the service stripe, sniping the Hawks for eight service aces. Defensively, Haddix tacked on four digs and two blocks.
