Gabriella Habeck was named the OCCAC Player of the Week on Oct. 14, her second such recognition this season. The freshman outside hitter averaged over five points per set during a pair of triumphant sweeps over Lakeland and PSU Shenango. She added 3.2 digs/set on the defensive side.
Habeck opened the week by bouncing a dozen kills at a .318 clip against PSU Shenango before coming back with a 14-kill, 11-dig double-double at Lakeland. She was a menace from the service stripe as well, sniping five aces in total.
Her previous OCCAC Player of the Week award came on Sept. 23.
