Bryant & Stratton College (OH) wrapped up 2020-21 OCCAC regular season championship campaigns this week for both men’s and women’s basketball. Fittingly, the final Player of the Week honors for ’21 were awarded to a pair of Bobcats in Keara Wilson and Deval Harrell.
KEARA WILSON – women’s player of the week
Bryant & Stratton College (OH)
Wilson dropped in 6-of-9 shots, including 4-of-6 from downtown in an 83-45 win over Clark State. In addition to the efficient 16 points, she was responsible for three rebounds, two assists and two steals in a limited 29 minutes of action. Wilson is now a two-time winner of the weekly OCCAC accolade.
DEVAL HARRELL – men’s player of the week
Bryant & Stratton College (OH)
Harrell picks up his third distinction of the season. His latest laurel comes after a 27-point showing versus Clark State. He converted on 64% (9-14) of his field goal attempts and sunk 8-of-10 foul shots. Harrell also hauled in five boards and registered two assists and two steals.
Both Bobcat squads are now one win away from punching their ticket to the NJCAA national championship tournament.
