Terra State Basketball took ownership of both OCCAC Player of the Week awards for Nov. 27-Dec. 3 with Antwon Ferrell and Anajiah Wallace garnering the conference attention. Ferrell becomes the first in program history to do so. The Titans went a combined 5-0 during the week.
Ferrell did it all in a win over Edison State, collecting 20 points, seven rebounds, six assists and five steals in 28 minutes. He came back later in the week to tack on 11 points, five rebounds and two steals in a lopsided triumph over Owens. For the week, Ferrell averaged 15.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 3.0 assists per game.
Similarly, Wallace produced impressive numbers across the stat sheet. She registered per-game clips of 17.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.7 steals and 3.3 assists in leading the Titans to three victories. She upped her scoring in the pair of OCCAC dubs, recording 18 points in each.
