Ethan Wilson became the second consecutive member of the Owens Men’s Soccer program to be selected as the OCCAC Player of the Week, picking up the accolade for the week of Sept. 9-15. He scored both goals during a 2-1 win over Jackson College.
Against the Jets, Wilson opened the scoring by finding the back of the net for an unassisted goal in the 19th minute. Following an equalizer midway through the second half, Wilson finished an assist from the reigning Player of the Week, Max York, for the go-winning tally.
He also logged 90 minutes in the conference clash with Lakeland, putting four shots on frame.
