Reigelsperger Voted OCCAC's Top Player For Second Consecutive Week

Macy Reigelsperger, a sophomore middle blocker from Owens Community College, has been voted the OCCAC women's volleyball player of the week for the second consecutive time to open the season.

In two conference wins over Sinclair Community College and Edison Community College, Reigelsperger totaled 24 kills with only four errors in 42 chances, while adding three assists, 12 digs and eight blocks (four solo). She did all of that in six sets played.

Reigelsperger, who was named the OCCAC and NJCAA Player of the Week last week, is averaging 3.13 kills per set this year while hitting .351. She's also chipping in 2.13 digs per set.

Owens is 9-3 overall and 2-0 in OCCAC play. They travel to Cuyahoga Community College for a matchup this evening.
