Dayton, OH---The Sinclair volleyball team (26-2, 5-1) hosted a Quad match between Indiana Tech (JV), Miami University-Middletown, and Cedarville (JV) on Friday, October 4, 2013.  Sinclair did not lose a set in all three matches beating Indiana Tech (JV) 2-0, Miami Middletown 2-0, and Cedarville (JV) 2-0. 

In other matches on the night Miami Middletown beat Cedarville (JV) 2-1, Cedarville (JV) beat Indiana Tech (JV) 2-0, and Miami Middletown beat Indiana Tech (JV) 2-0. 

In Sinclair's match against Indiana Tech (JV) sophomore, Marie Rank, had eight kills while freshman, Carly Butler, added 12 digs.  Tara Eades had 11 assists and added two aces.  Rebecca Moyer recorded two blocks and All-American, Jessica Thobe had three kills and nine digs on the match.  Against Miami Middletown, Sinclair's Marie Rank recorded seven kills and added three aces.  Carly Butler had nine digs while Tara Eades added 11 assists.  Jessica Thobe led kills with 15 and added 11 digs.  Sinclair's last match against Cedarville (JV), Marie Rank had six kills and Carly Butler added nine digs.  Tara Eades helped out with 16 assists and Rebecca Moyer added four blocks.  Jessica Thobe recorded 10 kills and 14 digs and Claire McGowan had six kills.   

Sinclair will be pretty in pink when they host their annual observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the "Pink Game" when Cincinnati State comes into town on Wednesday, October 9, 2013.  Game time is set for 6:00 PM and will take place in Building 8 at Sinclair Community College.
