Lady Surge lose to Kishwaukee 75-62

Peoria, IL---The Cincinnati State women's basketball team fell 75-62 to Kishwaukee Community College in the final game of the Illinois Central College Holiday Invitational on Sunday afternoon.

Kishwaukee was led by Tami Morice, who scored 23 points, and 21 points by Val Agnello. For Cincinnati State, Hannah Stephenson and Desiree Ash each finished with 15 points. Samantha Paratore scored 10.

Kishwaukee, which improved to 10-6 overall, forced Cincinnati State into 18 turnovers, resulting in a 29-8 advantage in points off of turnovers.

Falling to 12-3, Cincinnati State will return home on Jan. 8 to play Ivy Tech at 5:30 pm.
