OCCAC Announces All-Conference Teams In Men's, Women's Basketball

The OCCAC basketball coaches have voted Cincinnati State's Winston Grays and Phylicia Johnson as the OCCAC MVP in men's and women's basketball, respectively. Additionally, All-OCCAC teams have been announced.
