Five OCCAC women's basketball teams will compete in the NJCAA D-II Women's Basketball District I Tournament for advancement into the National Tournament Sweet 16. Action begins Tuesday night (March 6) with No. 4-seed Lakeland facing No. 5-seed Cuyahoga.
Owens and Sinclair were tied atop the seeding ranks and The Express were awarded the top seed on coin flip. Both teams are currently ranked inside the Top-10 nationally with The Express coming in a No. 5 and the Tartan Pride slotted No. 9.
