Maggie Riley, a freshman setter for Lorain County, is the OCCAC Player of the Week for Aug. 22-28. She dished out 116 total assists (7.7/game) and dug 2.7 balls per game as the Commodores split four non-conference tilts.
Riley added seven kills in the two Lorain County victories to go along with her eight digs in each triumph. She directly notched 22 points on the week, posting a dozen kills, eight service aces and three blocks (one solo).
Lorain County opens the 2022 campaign with back-to-back weekly honors after Chelsey Farris won the accolade last week (August 22).
