Fultz, Haid Rise as Latest Players of the Week

Two freshmen rose above the rest during the week of January 30-February 5, resulting in selection as the OCCAC Players of the Week. Camille Fultz (Clark State) earns her first career honor while Devin Haid (Cuyahoga) is now a back-to-back winner.

Fultz was pivotal in both a 67-66 triumph over Edison State and a tight 58-54 setback on the road at #19 Lakeland, who remains unbeaten in league play. She scored 14 points against the Chargers before coming back with 12 more points and a whopping 15 rebounds versus the Lakers. Fultz averaged 13.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game for the week.

Haid sank six field goals in both victories while converting on 14-of-15 foul shots. His sharpshooting led to a total of 40 points in just 56 minutes played. Haid added 15 rebounds, five assists, three steals and three blocks to his weekly statline despite logging only 19 minutes in a lopsided win over Edison State.
