Ayendia Kimble (Clark State) and Trevell Adams (Hocking) were both unanimous selections as the OCCAC Players of the Week for November 7-13. Kimble, a freshman, earns her first career honor from the conference while Adams is now up to a half dozen after corralling five weekly awards a season ago.
Kimble lifted the Eagles to a pair of wins, delivering 17.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 3.0 assists per game. She dropped in 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting in the 64-69 win at Mott after swiping six steals in defeating Wittenberg University’s JV squad.
Adams racked up 50 points during Hocking’s two-game swing into Pennsylvania. He added in 17 rebounds, six assists and six steals as the Hawks handed PSU Beaver and Beaver County losses. Adams splashed in 6-of-12 from beyond the arc and converted on 18 field goal attempts overall.
