SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – Jake Williams and Jack Rasmussen, teammates on the Cuyahoga Community College baseball team, have been voted as the OCCAC Player and Pitcher of the Week for Feb. 18-24.

Williams hit 4-of-9 (.444) for the week and drove in four runs. In two starts against No. 9 Kirkwood Community College he recorded four hits, four RBI, a run scored and a double.
JACK RASMUSSEN
Cuyahoga Community College | Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Rasmussen manned the bump in Game 2 of a three-game series, delivering a four-inning start which earned the win in the truncated seven-inning contest. He scattered three walks and two hits to surrender a lone run while striking out five batters in Cuyahoga’s 3-1 triumph over ninth-ranked Kirkwood.
